Renate Helene Schweizer is an internationally active intermedial artist and author. For more than four decades, she has developed an artistic practice exploring material, memory, relationships and social meaning. Since 2005, her long-term research has focused particularly on used tea bags as material witnesses and carriers of cultural memory.

Her practice connects Material Ethics, Cultural Archives, Social Sculpture, Participatory Art and AI-assisted image transformation.
